I'm Blaming Cynthia!

I am always stopping by Cynthia's Blog
And looking at all of her cute miniatures...
And thinking wouldn't that be fun....
Well I stopped by one to many times...
The above is all her fault... I just had to order
my own house. Since I am a beginner I am starting small.
But isn't it the cutest house I could just move in.
Ok I bought the house and now I am on my way back over
to Cynthia's to see how to start....
Her blog should have a warning on it....
"Could cause Shopping"!
Oh and I forgot to mention....
She has an Etsy shop.....
Sssshhhhh don't tell my husband.

Very cute Debbie. :) My sister has one too - she and her husband built it when their daughter was little and she's 45 now! Unfortunately it sits in a corner neglected and furnished just like it was then. I bet it needs a makeover! blessings, marlene

So happy to see this!! My 31 year old step-daughter has the same one that my husband built her about 21 years ago!!! We have several dollhouses at our house and even though there isn't much interest around here, I'm glad to see it's still out there. I have a huge one my late father-in-law built for me. Maybe I'll have to start working on it. You've just given me inspiration!!

Oh I really like that one. Where did you get it from? I'm going to enjoy seeing you decorate our little home. I am going to have to be on the lookout for one of these. It looks so fun.

Debbie, I have a dollhouse (come check it out if you get the time). I bought it on a whim while shopping with my youngest daughter for dresses to wear to my oldest daughter's wedding. One should never go into a Hobby Lobby store unrestrained. The box was heavy and she helped me get it in the house and hidden under my bed. My husband slept over that box for a year. One day he said he was bored and so I pulled it out and said, "Here, you can put this together for me!" Yes, he was amazed, to say the least. We got the box out to his woodshop and it took him a month or so to assemble it. Alas, I still have not made the time to get it decorated and furnished, although I have all the trimmings stored in another container. They are such fun, and I can't wait to see what you do with yours, or what I finally do to mine, lol. LOVE IT!!
