I can't see what you did wrong, the quilt looks so pretty.
I believe your missing a couple of rows on the last row. One is solid white and the other has a colored square for the top of your "pyramid".
I hope the unpicking went well. This will be a lovely quilt when you get it completed. Happy stitiching!
